Research to Redesign

I led the redesign of a telecom app, interviewing users and founders to uncover real pain points. I simplified the app’s flow for non-tech users and delivered clear, modern designs ready for launch. 🛜

For my UX certifications, I built four concept apps (beauty, food, education, healthcare), handling research, sketches, and UI design from scratch. I applied best practices from Google and Hype4 / Square Planet for scalable, user-friendly results. 🎨
